Classes

Lifelong Recreation programs for age 50+ are aimed at increasing individual health and wellness while fostering a stronger, healthier community. Lifelong Recreation programs focus on physical activity, social engagement, education, arts, creativity, and healthy lifestyles.

Our programs serve adults of all abilities - those who are physically active, those who are just becoming active, and programs for those who have age-related limitations.

EnhanceFitness

Free to those with the Medicare Benefit of American Specialty Health (ASH) Silver and Fit or One Pass/ Renew Active (beginning Jan. 1, 2025). This program improves endurance, strength, balance, posture and flexibility through adaptable exercises movements. Learn more about EnhanceFitness.

For this class, participants must submit the Participant Information and Health History forms prior to registration. We have 2 options for filling out and returning forms

  1. Online forms - Lifelong Recreation staff will be notified when you complete your forms. Once screened, we will notify you by email.

  2. Paper forms: You must supply your Silver and Fit Fitness ID number on the form. Mail form to:
